Connect Tiny Talk to Pabbly Connect to automatically send lead data and events to your favorite apps.
Connecting your account
- In the Tiny Talk dashboard, go to Integrations → Hub
- Under Pabbly, click Create API Key
- Copy the API key — you’ll need it when setting up your workflow in Pabbly
The API key is only shown once. If you lose it, delete the existing key and create a new one. Deleting a key will break any existing Pabbly workflows using it.
Available triggers

The lead form collects fields one at a time. Each time a visitor submits a field (e.g., email, then name, then phone), Tiny Talk saves it immediately and fires a New Lead event. This means a form with 3 fields will fire 3 separate events — ensuring you capture whatever information the visitor provides, even if they abandon the form partway through.
Setting up a workflow
- Create a new workflow in Pabbly Connect
- Search for Tiny Talk AI as your trigger app
- Select the New Lead trigger
- Connect your Tiny Talk account using the API key and agent ID from the dashboard
- Pabbly will receive a sample event to confirm the connection
- Add your action steps (e.g., send email, add to spreadsheet, create CRM contact)
