Connect Tiny Talk to Pabbly Connect to automatically send lead data and events to your favorite apps.

Connecting your account

  1. In the Tiny Talk dashboard, go to Integrations → Hub
  2. Under Pabbly, click Create API Key
  3. Copy the API key — you’ll need it when setting up your workflow in Pabbly
The API key is only shown once. If you lose it, delete the existing key and create a new one. Deleting a key will break any existing Pabbly workflows using it.

Available triggers

New LeadFires when a visitor’s contact information is updated (e.g., they submit the qualification form).
The lead form collects fields one at a time. Each time a visitor submits a field (e.g., email, then name, then phone), Tiny Talk saves it immediately and fires a New Lead event. This means a form with 3 fields will fire 3 separate events — ensuring you capture whatever information the visitor provides, even if they abandon the form partway through.

Setting up a workflow

  1. Create a new workflow in Pabbly Connect
  2. Search for Tiny Talk AI as your trigger app
  3. Select the New Lead trigger
  4. Connect your Tiny Talk account using the API key and agent ID from the dashboard
  5. Pabbly will receive a sample event to confirm the connection
  6. Add your action steps (e.g., send email, add to spreadsheet, create CRM contact)
